State-of-the-art technology for optimum filter performance

A qualitatively high-value air filter is a science in itself. Because it is far more than just a piece of nonwoven in a frame. Into such a high-tech product, a large amount of engineering and development time are integrated. In order to bring the filter media into the required filter shape, the most varied processes are used. Some of these are pleating, sewing, welding and bonding, as well as sealing with compounds. With the product-specific, filter final-assembly, the frame and filter medium are joined. With modern jointing automatic systems and in handicraft work, a dust-proof combination is formed.

The made in Germany quality and the security of the filters are very much valued by us. For this, the specialists ensure the performance of the respective filter in our filter laboratory with state-of-the-art measurement technologies. These are, for example, the behaviour of separation, pressure drop, as well as the dust-deposition behaviour of the filter type.

And by means of Hygiene Declarations of Conformity in accordance with VDI 6022, fire-resistance investigations, as well as individual manufacturer’s certificates and compliance certificates, we provide a perceptible level of added-value for our customers.
